We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our growing team and work on modern cloud-native solutions for international clients.

• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI/LLM-powered products, including golden sets, LLM-as-a-judge pipelines, regression dashboards, and measurable quality benchmarks
• Hands-on experience shipping production-grade LLM applications
• Ability to treat prompts as code: versioned, tested, iterated, and protected against prompt injection and other failure modes
• Experience building agentic workflows, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, memory, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop escalation
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks for building LLM-based applications and agent architectures
• Comfortable working with Python and TypeScript
• Good understanding of API design and defensive engineering patterns, including rate limiting, idempotency, retries, and backoff strategies

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with retrieval patterns, including RAG and vector search
• Experience working with vision-language models and multimodal AI systems
• Previous exposure to visual understanding, image analysis, or brand/content compliance use cases
